Scotland's men's team faced Denmark in their second round game at the Le Gruyere European Curling Championships in Fussen, Germany.
It was not a good game for the Murdoch four, they were down by three shots after five ends. It did not get any better in the second half of the game though they did cut the deficit to one shot after six and tied the game after eight. A two to Denmark in the ninth sealed Scotland's fate, they lost the game 6/4 and finished day one on a record of one win one loss.
